Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sisi & Sash we urge our customers to make a confident decision when purchasing our products due to having a strict policy when it comes to returns and refunds. We do not offer refunds, exchange, or credit notes on sale and change of mind items. Customers are required to check that the products which have been purchased are correct and not damaged within a 2-day period of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and sealed in its original packaging ready to be sold to the next customer. We require proof of purchase to be provided when seeking an exchange or refund.

Please be advised all products sold by Sisi & Sash which are warranty claims are required to be assessed by the manufacturer prior and passed as deemed faulty. To raise a warranty claim, the buyer must send through evidential photographs and description of the faulty goods to sale@sisiandsash.com.au, and products returned to our store to be assessed. All products sold by Sisi & Sash are covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty, therefore all evidential information will be forwarded to the Manufacturer for final assessment and approval.

All refunds involve with 10% admin fee and both way shipping cost deduction if the product already shipped even for free shipping promotions.
